ZeziUnit Scheduler FAQ

A Windows desktop application for managing appointments, customers, services, staff, and payments. It is local-first scheduling software, not a cloud booking platform.

Appointment-based businesses such as salons, barbers, repair shops, consultants, contractors, cleaning services, tutors, pet services, and other independent businesses that need a straightforward calendar on a PC.

On your computer. The Scheduler database is stored locally and encrypted. Backups are under your control. A cloud account is not required to use the application.

Day-to-day scheduling runs on your PC. Internet access is only needed for features that inherently require it, such as sending email through your configured email provider, checking for updates, licensing, or other optional online functions. You also need the internet to download the installer from this site.

Use Download in the header or the button on this page. The 30-day Windows trial does not require a credit card. Windows 10/11.

On the Scheduler download section, open Verify download for the filename, size, and SHA-256 checksum from the download service.
